Refund Policies & Cancellation

To ensure a pleasant stay, the Management kindly requests your cooperation in following these guidelines. These serve as an agreement between the guest and Hotel Pleasure Haveli, governing the use of rooms by registered guests.

Booking & Confirmation Policy

  • A booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of full advance payment.
  • Please provide Credit Card details with the expiration date, a hotel voucher, or advance payment at least 45 days prior to arrival to secure your booking on a confirmed basis.
  • For travel agents and offline bookings, kindly submit the details of the advance payment, along with a scanned copy of the deposit slip. If complete payment information is not provided, the amount may go unrecognized, and the booking will not be confirmed.
  • In the event of a cancellation, the refund of the advance deposit will be processed back to the same account from which the payment was originally received. Requests for transfer to a different account will not be accepted.
  • The management reserves the right to amend, modify, or withdraw any promotions without prior notice.
  • The hotel reserves the right of admission at all times.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 15 days or more before the arrival date will receive a full refund.
  • For cancellations made between 15 and 7 days prior to arrival, a 50% retention fee will apply.
  • For cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date, a 100% retention fee will apply during the high season.
  • High Season Periods: (a) Diwali: 3 days before and 1 week after Diwali (b) Christmas and New Year: from December 21st to January 4th (c) Desert Festival: 3 days before and 3 days after the festival
  • In the case of a NO SHOW, retention charges equal to the total booked room nights will be applied.
  • For early departures, retention charges will be applied for the remaining unutilized room nights, with no refunds or credits.
  • Refunds will be processed within 15 working days and issued through the original payment method.
  • The hotel reserves the right to release non-guaranteed reservations without prior notice and without liability.

Child & Extra Adult Policy

  • Guests are required to declare the number of children and their ages at the time of reservation.
  • Children below 6 years of age stay free of charge without an extra bed.
  • For children aged 6 to 12, a charge of INR 1000 + GST applies without an extra bed (sharing the bed with parents).
  • Adults and children above 12 years will be charged INR 1250 + GST and will be provided with an extra bed.
  • Please note, a maximum of one extra bed can be accommodated in each room.

Zero Tolerance to Unwarranted Behaviour

The Administration reserves the right to refuse service or request a guest to leave the hotel if they:

  • Cause a disturbance, create a nuisance, or engage in inappropriate behavior toward other guests or staff.
  • Are under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol.
  • Are unable to settle payment for accommodations or services.

Outside Guests in the Rooms

Visitors are not allowed in the rooms by in-house guests and can only be entertained in the lobby or common areas.

Guest’s Belongings in the Rooms

Guests are requested to lock the door while leaving the room. All valuable items should be kept in the safety locker provided in each room. The Management will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the personal belongings.

Luggage Storage

Guests can store luggage in the cloak room on availability of the storage space, All luggage should be under lock and key at time of submission as the management will not be liable for any loss of items.

Lost&Found

The Hotel keeps a record of all ‘lost & found’ items. Should any guests lose any personal belongings during their stay with us, the guest needs to inform the hotel. If the same is found on our premises the items shall be shipped back at the owner’s expense. Any items, which are not claimed within ninety (90) days will be donated or discarded.

Government rules and regulations & the application of laws

Guests are bound by Central and State Government rules and regulations and are requested to observe, abide by and conform to all applicable acts and laws.

Photo identity

In accordance with Government of India regulations, all guests are required to present a valid government-approved photo ID upon check-in.

  • Please note that PAN cards are not accepted as proof of address or identity.
  • Foreign nationals must provide a valid passport and visa upon arrival.
  • Accommodation may be denied if guests are posing as a couple and raise suspicion.

Pet Policy

Pets are currently not allowed.

Other Rules & Regulations

Outside Food, Beverage and alcohol are not allowed on the hotel premises.

General Rules and information of Hotel Pleasure Haveli

  1. The hotel does not feature a swimming pool, garden, or lift.
  2. Additionally, we are unable to provide accommodations for drivers, and drivers are not permitted to use guest rooms for freshening up or general use.
